What does capture 5 Complete include?
Complete combines a managed website, SEO, AI Search Visibility, reputation management and automated typed website chat. The website scope includes an approved design, up to five pages and the included build and maintenance services. See the full package and pricing .
Is there a minimum multi-month commitment?
Standard recurring services are month-to-month from the start. A sufficient cancellation request received before the next scheduled renewal stops that renewal. Service ends at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise agreed or required by law. See the Service Agreement .
Is the website launch included in the monthly price?
The Managed Website Launch has a separate one-time charge. Additional standard pages and larger custom projects also have separately accepted charges. These are shown on the Pricing page and confirmed before you authorize the work.
Is active review-request outreach included?
Reputation monitoring, review organization and managed response assistance on supported platforms are included in Complete. Actively sending requests to customer lists is the separate Review Outreach add-on. Pricing depends on volume and the accepted scope.
Is the website chat a live person?
The included chat is automated and typed. It uses approved business information to answer questions, capture leads and direct visitors to contact or booking options where configured. It is not a live human operator or a voice service. Explore website chat .
What information is used to provide the services?
Depending on the scope, information can include business assets and copy, website inquiries, typed chat messages, authorized account connections, public reviews and operational records. Optional outreach uses eligible first-party customer contact information. The Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum explain the relevant roles and handling.
Are rankings, AI answers or review ratings guaranteed?
No. Independent search and review platforms control their own results, publication and account decisions. We manage the agreed work without promising a ranking, AI citation, review rating or business outcome. Read the Platform Disclaimer .
Does submitting the contact form start a paid subscription?
No. The form starts a conversation with the team. We confirm the service scope, required access, launch requirements and payment terms before you separately authorize an order and recurring payments.
